How Antino Labs collects, uses and protects information across this website and our services. Effective July 2026.
1 · What we collect
Website: standard technical logs (IP, browser, pages visited) and any details you submit through contact channels — name, work email, company, and the content of your message.
Engagements: client data processed under each engagement is governed by its contract and data-processing agreement, not by this policy. Our default architecture isolates every client workspace — one client's data never informs another's.
2 · How we use it
We use website information to respond to enquiries, operate and improve the site, and — where you've asked for it — send relevant updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client engagement data to train models for anyone else.
3 · Retention & protection
Personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, and is protected under the same security posture we certify against ISO 27001. Enquiry data can be corrected or deleted on request.
4 · Your choices & contact
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to sales@antino.com. If you believe we've handled your information incorrectly, contact us first — a named person will own the resolution.
